Abstract

ReportSimple V3 is an educational health-information application intended to help people organise symptoms, consult public biomedical evidence, review medicine-label information, and prepare a concise summary for a clinician. Its architecture separates deterministic safety screening from generative language-model (LLM) text generation. A Flask blueprint exposes endpoints for an adaptive symptom interview, assessment, chat, evidence search, medicine labels, medicine-label interaction text, healthcare-place discovery, and PDF export. The safety.py module evaluates English and Bangla text with regular expressions and checks contextual features including body region, symptom severity, and chest-pain duration. The API invokes this screen before assessment or chat generation and returns an emergency response without an AI-authored reply when the configured emergency rules match.
