Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important part of the technology industry and modern business. AI companies are developing tools that can understand language, analyse data, create content, automate tasks and support business decisions. At the same time, individual professionals such as AI researchers, software developers, entrepreneurs, consultants and content creators are also contributing to the growth of the industry. This assignment studies businesses and individuals working in the AI and technology industry from a Marketing Management perspective. It explains the basic concept of the industry, major applications, benefits, challenges and future opportunities. It also examines how AI companies create value for customers through products, services, personalisation, automation and data-based decisions. Examples from companies such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, NVIDIA and OpenAI are used to understand the practical side of the industry. The study shows that successful AI businesses need more than advanced technology. They also need customer understanding, strong branding, trust, responsible use of data and effective marketing.
