Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become one of the most important technological developments in the modern business environment. It is changing the way organisations operate, communicate with customers, make decisions, manage employees and compete in the marketplace. An AI-driven business is an organisation that uses artificial intelligence technologies to improve its business processes, increase productivity, reduce operating costs and create better customer experiences. Technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, predictive analytics, computer vision and generative AI are being used in different business activities. These technologies help companies analyse large amounts of data, predict customer behaviour, automate repetitive tasks, manage inventory, detect financial fraud and develop innovative products and services. The purpose of this research paper is to study the meaning, importance, applications, benefits and challenges of AI-driven businesses. It also examines how artificial intelligence is influencing different business functions, including marketing, finance, human resource management, production, customer service and supply chain management. Special attention is given to the development of AI-driven businesses in India and the opportunities available to Indian companies. The research is based on secondary information collected from government publications, research reports, academic resources and international organisations. The study finds that AI can improve business efficiency and competitiveness, but its successful implementation requires proper planning, skilled employees, reliable data, financial investment and ethical practices. The paper concludes that artificial intelligence is not simply a technological tool but an important part of the future business strategy.
