Finally, cholesterol was about 11.7% lower in HIM yolks: we recorded 21.92 and 24.84 g/100 g of whole egg in HIM and SBM yolks, respectively, corresponding to 44.98 and 42.13 g/100 g of total lipids.

Correct text

Finally, cholesterol was about 11.7% lower in HIM yolks: we recorded 219.2 and 248.4 mg/100 g of whole egg in HIM and SBM yolks, respectively, corresponding to 708.70 and 762.43 mg/100 g of total lipids.
