The 30th Workshop on Logic, Language, Information and Computation (WoLLIC 2024) was hosted by the Mathematical Institute and Institute for Computer Science, University of Bern, Switzerland, June 10–13, 2024 and held onsite. These annual workshops aim to foster interdisciplinary research in pure and applied logic. The workshop had financial support from the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), the MOSAIC project (MSCA-RISE-2020), and the University of Bern, and the scientific sponsorship of the Association for Symbolic Logic (ASL), Association for Logic, Language and Information (FoLLI), Interest Group in Pure and Applied Logics (IGPL), European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS), European Association for Computer Science Logic (EACSL), and Brazilian Logic Society (SBL). Both the Program Committee and the Organizing Committee were chaired by G. Metcalfe and T. Studer.
There were five invited talks and two tutorials:
Maria Aloni: N

thing is Logical.
Dexter Kozen: Probability and Nondeterminism with Multiset Semantics.
Francesca Zaffora Blando: Pride and Probability.
Juan Aguillera: Model Theory of Gödel Logic.
Sam van Gool: Theory and Practice of Uniform Interpolation.
Francesca Zaffora Blando: An introduction to algorithmic randomness (tutorial).
Juan Aguillera: First-order Gödel logics (tutorial).
A special session presented a screening of Zalafilm’s Julia Robinson and Hilbert’s Tenth Problem, a one-hour biographical documentary, which tells the story of an important American mathematician against a background of mathematical ideas.
The abstracts of papers presented at the meeting will be published in the Logic Journal of the Interest Group in Pure and Applied Logics (Oxford University Press). The proceedings of the meeting were published as Vol. 14762 of Springer series Lecture Notes in Computer Science (FoLLI subseries). The 18 full papers published in proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 submissions.
A special issue of the Journal of Logic and Computation, guest edited by G. Metcalfe, T. Studer, and R. de Queiroz, will include the peer-reviewed full versions of a selection of papers.
