The reference list contained several formatting errors due to mistakes in copy-editing. Namely, two references were listed by authors’ first names instead of their surnames. One of these contained an incomplete DOI.

The above references have been corrected in article, which resulted in rearranging their order in the reference list. Consequently, the article text had to be adjusted with updated reference numbers to match the corrected reference list.
