McMinn, Richard, Éamon Phoenix, and Joanne Beggs, ‘Jeremiah Jordan M.P. (1830–1911): Protestant Home Ruler or “Protestant Renegade”?’, Irish Historical Studies, 36 (2009), 349–67 doi:10.1017/S0021121400005393 was based on a dissertation by Mrs Joanne Lancaster (née Beggs).

However, Mrs Joanne Lancaster was not consulted at the time of publication and therefore did not consent to being a named co-author. Because the other two named co-authors have since passed away, the journal was not able to confirm their contributions and authorship of the publication. No concerns have been raised regarding the contents of the article.
