Concerns have been raised that the West Bengal map presented in figure 4 of this article (1) contains incorrect labels, specifically labelling South 24 Parganas district as North 24 Parganas district. The journal was unable to contact the author for an explanation or correction to this figure. Readers should interpret the findings with caution given that the study relies on district-level analysis.

The author did not respond to any correspondence from the journal or publisher regarding this expression of concern.
