The 31st Workshop on Logic, Language, Information and Computation (WoLLIC 2025) was hosted by the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, Porto, Portugal, July 14–17, 2025. WoLLIC 2025 was an onsite event which had live streams of a couple of its presentations. It was the 31st in a series of workshops that started in 1994 with the aim of fostering interdisciplinary research in pure and applied logic.
The workshop had the financial support from the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto, Portugal, and the scientific sponsorship of the Association for Symbolic Logic (ASL), Association for Logic, Language and Information (FoLLI), Interest Group in Pure and Applied Logics (IGPL), European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS), European Association for Computer Science Logic (EACSL), Portuguese Logic Society (SPL), and Brazilian Logic Society (SBL).
The Program Committee was: D. Kozen (Chair); J. Aguilera; N. Alechina; M. Aloni; S. Awodey; D. Bartosova; M. Bilkova; K. Bimbo; F. Zaffora Blando; M. Bojanczyk; H. van Ditmarsch; A. Felty; S. Daniela Petrişan (Université Paris Cité, France), Functorial Mealy machines.
The abstracts of papers presented at the meeting will be published in the Logic Journal of the Interest Group in Pure and Applied Logics (Oxford University Press). The proceedings of the meeting were published as Vol. 15942 of Springer series Lecture Notes in Computer Science (FoLLI subseries). The 21 full papers published in proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 57 submissions.
A special issue of a scientific journal, guest edited by D. Kozen and R. de Queiroz, will include the peer-reviewed full versions of a selection of papers.
