All
articles accepted for publication from Volume 12 (2027) onwards in Proceedings
of the Linguistic Society of America will be ‘open access’; published with
a Creative Commons licence and freely available to read online (see the
journal’s Open Access Options page for available licence options).
We
have an OA option for every author: The costs of open access publication will be
covered through agreements between the publisher and the author’s institution, payment of APCs for
those with third-party funding designated for the purpose, or else waived
entirely, ensuring every author can publish and enjoy the benefits of
OA.
The Proceedings of the Linguistic Society of America (PLSA) are an annual periodical publication of the Linguistic Society of America, containing papers developed from talks and posters presented at its Annual Meeting, which is one of the premier gatherings of researchers from America and around the world working on issues in linguistics and language science representing a wide range of theoretical and methodological perspectives.
