Correction 1: Throughout the paper, the terms “overpass” and “underpass” were used where the correct term should be “level crossing”.

Correction 2: Clarification of “Railroad Crossing” Definition

In the “Track network & infrastructure elements” section, a passage reads: “Additionally, the network includes three railroad crossings, each traversable in four ways, straight or with lane changes from either side.”

The passage should be amended to read:

“Additionally, the network includes three diamond crossings, fixed-geometry elements where two independent railway lines intersect at grade with two incoming and two outgoing directions, each traversable in four ways, straight along either line or diagonally with a lane change from either approach.”
